Adam is Founder and Managing Partner of Bluewater Wealth Advisors. He is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry, bringing nearly two decades of experience to Bluewater. Adam plays a pivotal role in the firm's overall strategic vision. With a strong focus on advising ultra-high-net-worth families, he has spent over 15 years dedicated to providing strategic financial guidance to his clients.
Prior to establishing Bluewater Wealth Advisors, Adam served as Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management for Oakworth Capital Bank's $2 billion trust and wealth management group. During his tenure, he was a member of the company's Leadership Team and Investment Committee. In these roles, Adam played a crucial part in developing the overall strategic plan for wealth management and spearheaded the design, implementation and leadership of their ultra-high-net-worth group. Prior to his time at Oakworth, Adam contributed to the success of Johnson+Sterling, Inc. as the Director of Portfolio Management, showcasing his expertise in managing diverse investment portfolios.
At the core of Adam's professional philosophy is the belief that the pursuit of knowledge is a lifelong journey. Adam's passion for learning is not only evident in his professional pursuits but also in his personal endeavors. Adam is a PADI Master Scuba Diver, Instrument Rated Private Pilot and currently working on his US Coast Guard Captain's License. Adam and his wife, Nicole, have two wonderful children. Their family loves traveling, boating, fishing, scuba diving and skiing. Adam enjoys nothing more than spending his time with his family.
